Apparently that judge in London wrt the five-guy apparent assault on a victim subscribes to your well-argued points. She actually judged the case based on evidence — instead of some complainant’s “truth.” Would it not be a good thing if that was the method used all the time.
Sadly our courts have fallen victim to the cancerous rot that is the woke mind virus. Though Canada still shows the trappings of a successful, thriving western nation, the cancer has taken root and just as a healthy person on the surface looks fine to a casual observer, the rot is consuming them from within.
Once Cancer is identified pointing and screaming at it will have no effect. The body's immune system has failed to annihilate the rot before it took hold. Our courts are now corrupted.
The only solution to cancer is invasive surgery. This is unpopular. It is scary, but it is true. Yes It means hard times are ahead.
Our parents and grandparents hand us a nation in its death throws. I am not afraid. I am determined. The reckoning is here and denying it is like rejecting treatment for cancer. It will not go away.
Invasive surgery is the only viable option. Which looks like massive constitutional reform. A purging. And yes that is scary, but the alternative is death.
So we really have nothing to lose at this point. Freedom isnt free.

They are even worse when they wrongly convict someone in the public court before the party has had a chance to face his/her accuser and to put a defence forward when one is available but this seems to be lost on the knee jerk commentators (until one of them is wrongfully accused of course).
